transformative care, which includes a minimum of 28 billable hours
and 20% supervision, to ensure you're not spread too thin.Total
compensation is $80,000 - $93,000, which includes your base salary
and $8,000 annual bonus based on efficiency & quality care
metrics.How we'll grow together:Leadership & Mentorship: Provide
direct and indirect supervision to Behavior Therapists/Registered
Behavior Technicians, implementing and overseeing protocols. Learn
the intricacies of supervisory leadership, enhancing your ability
to guide and support a dedicated team.Interdisciplinary
Collaboration: Dive into a vibrant, interdisciplinary landscape
where your collaboration with Occupational Therapists, Physical
Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and other experts is not
just a possibility, but a daily reality. Engage actively in
cross-disciplinary idea-sharing, enriching our culture with
innovative practices and insights.Clinical Mastery: Organize,
design, and oversee all clinical aspects for a diverse caseload of
children. Develop expertise in crafting treatment protocols,
behavior reduction systems, and data collection systems, advancing
your clinical expertise.Progress Monitoring and Adaptation: Keep
detailed records of progress and adapt treatment plans as needed.
Sharpen your skills in progress monitoring and dynamic adaptation,
ensuring the delivery of effective and responsive interventions for

care metrics. Total compensation (base + bonus) for this role
starts at $80,000 and is dependent on your years of experience and

more!Requirements:You must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in
good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.You
have prior experience conducting functional behavior assessments to
identify the strengths and needs of each client.You are a leader
and are excited to train, manage, and mentor our Behavior
Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians.Physical demands:
