Job Description:
This role leads business information and insights for US
P&BB distribution, Business Banking, and Specialty Sales,
including the business strategies, support, and maintenance for (1)
goal planning, (2) performance tracking and reporting, (3)
workforce planning and management, (4) call leads management, and
(5) incentive plans. It is accountable for creating role clarity
and ensuring role health within the broader distribution
network.The role leads strategies on sales practice monitoring, and
strategic design and implementation of Distribution, Business
Banking, and Specialty Sales programs.Partners with Data and
Analytics team on each of the key mandate areas above, as well as
upgrading customer relationship management tool for salesforce
use.Integrates information to promote the effective and profitable
operation of the business/group and enhances the Bank's profile in
the marketplace.Works with stakeholders to interpret financial and
business results, understands the operating environment & emerging
trends and provides planning, support and recommendations to
improve operational effectiveness and tracks achievement of
objectives. This seasoned expert with extensive industry knowledge
would be responsible for the following:Develops an expert
understanding of business/group challenges.Acts as a subject matter
expert on relevant regulations and policies.Builds change
management plans of varying scope and type; leads or participates
in a variety of change management activities including readiness
assessments, planning, stakeholder management, execution,
evaluation, and sustainment of initiatives.Within the mandate of
this role, promotes and supports the Bank's risk culture including
ensuring employees understand their accountabilities for
risk-taking activities, promoting an environment of open
communication and effective challenge, and establishing the "tone
from the top" through leading by example.Complies with the Bank's
Risk Appetite framework and ensures risk-taking activities remain
within agreed limits and comply with all regulatory
requirements.Understands and articulates the business case of
business questions and the estimated value being delivered. Designs
dashboards and analyses to be performed, and appropriate
visualization and analytics tools to use. Identifies trends and
patterns to address identified business questions and provide
insights through reporting and data visualization techniques. Works
with other data and analytics professionals to optimize, refine,
automate and scale analysis into repeatable analytics solutions and
decision support tools.Builds various reporting dashboards using
the most appropriate data extraction, data cleaning and data
visualisation techniques.Provides value through insights, reporting
and data visualization techniques. Selects, configures and
implements analytics solutions for consistency and
repeatability.Researches and applies continuous improvement in data
visualization by identifying trends and patterns to transform raw
data into actionable business insights.Works with different teams,
management and stakeholders to enhance the usability and aesthetic
appeal of data analytics solutions deployed in the
organization.Translates business needs to technical specifications
and evaluates existing data visualization systems in order to
improve them.Develops data visualizations of large amounts of data
that facilitate the intuitive presentation of data to decision
makers.Documents data flow, systems and processes to improve the
design, implementation and management of business/group
processes.Develops tools and delivers training programs for use of
reporting tools and self-serve analytics by non-analytical end
users; may include delivery of training to audiences.Fosters a

innovation.Salary:$128,000.00 - $238,000.00Pay Type:SalariedThe
above represents BMO Financial Group's pay range and type.Salaries
will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience,
education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a
commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be
pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission
roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group's
expected target for the first year in this position.BMO Financial
Group's total compensation package will vary based on the pay type
of the position and may include performance-based incentives,
discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards. BMO also
