Job Description:
A company is looking for a Strategic Finance Lead to shape the
company's strategy through financial management.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct financial planning and analysis, including long-range plans
and financial forecasts
Analyze performance on SaaS metrics and provide recommendations for
improvement
Manage the finance and accounting function, ensuring accurate
financial reporting and compliance
Required Qualifications
Approximately 7 years of overall financial experience, with -4
years in strategic finance in technology companies
Proven track record of building and scaling a finance
organization
Strong financial aptitude with proficiency in SaaS metrics
Experience in identifying and executing M&A transactions
BS or MBA degree; CPA is a plus
