Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to manage
payroll processes for US and Canada employees and additional global
payroll tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Process end-to-end payroll for US and Canada biweekly employees and
global payroll using international vendors
Review and prepare payroll-related journal entries for the general
ledger
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and assist with
year-end projects and audits
Required Qualifications
4 or more years of payroll experience in a multi-state and
multi-country environment
Solid foundation of US and Canada payroll knowledge
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and NetSuite
Experience with payroll software systems, preferably Paylocity
Ability to consistently meet deadlines and maintain
confidentiality
